A technician walks you through the process of dumping/filling the spa, cleaning/treating the cover, cleaning/replacing the filter, cleaning the shell, balancing the water, chemical education with a user guide, mold/mildew education, topside-control-panel/mode-selection education, seasonal education, basic diagnostics, continual maintenance. The experience typically takes about 2 hours. You are left with the knowledge and supplies to maintain a pristine spa all by yourself.
