Best for residential spas receiving high usage or vacation rentals. The technician performs a service visit once per week. The hot tub is fully serviced and left pristine with each visit. Quarterly dumping and filling of the spa is included. One annual system flush is included. A chemical feeder is provided and filled on every visit in order to maintain the water quality in between visits. The listed fee is per month. 

We offer central Oregon’s only pay-per-visit premium service. This is a service that is built around your guest calendar, typically providing the spa service on the day of each guest checkout. Restarts and system flushes billed separately.

The minimum maintenance plan for any hot tub. Receive a discounted price per service when you book your next dump and fill in advance. Critical to prolonging the life of your hot tub, reducing the need for repairs, maximizing functionality and ensuring optimal user experience. Quarterly care consists  of 3 “re-starts” (dump/scrub/fill/balance), and 1 system flush per year. 

A quarterly necessity. The spa is emptied, scrubbed down, re-filled, the water is balanced and the settings are set at optimal. Completed in no more than 3 hours. This fee is only $140 if you opt-into a recurring monthly service plan. 

An annual necessity. This goes beyond simply cleaning the tub and replacing the water. A system flush strips the interior plumbing of any residual build-up from oils, cosmetics, detergents, scum, debris, and other contaminants, organic or otherwise. Completed in a single visit (unless the tub is empty upon arrival, as a full tub of hot water is a necessity for the process). This fee is only $210 if you opt-into a recurring monthly service plan.

We will make expedited house-calls for urgent flushing and cleaning needs, with service completed in 24 hours or less. Covers get left open, floaters get removed, breakers get blown, people are messy eaters, celebrations occur, accidents happen, people get sick, your pet likes to swim, family or friends come to visit on short notice… whatever the emergency, whatever time of day, we can come and make your spa pristine again.

Purchase a cover lifter for your spa and we’ll come install it. Available to clients and non-clients. Takes us a couple of hours tops.
