We offer central Oregon’s only pay-per-visit premium hot tub service for vacation rentals. This is a service that is built around your guest calendar. Typically providing the spa service on the day of each guest checkout, ensuring the spa is always ready for the next guests. Book at least 24 in advance. Restarts and system flushes are an additional $95 and $145 respectively.

A quarterly necessity. The spa is emptied, scrubbed down, re-filled, the water is balanced and the settings are set at optimal. Completed in no more than 3 hours. This fee is only $140 if you opt-into a recurring monthly service plan. Add a cover cleaning and protectant application for $100 more. 

An annual necessity. This goes beyond simply cleaning the tub and replacing the water. A system flush strips the interior plumbing of any residual build-up from oils, cosmetics, detergents, scum, debris, and other contaminants, organic or otherwise. Completed in a single visit (please note: upon arrival, a full tub of hot water is a necessity for this process). This fee is only $200 if you opt-into a recurring monthly service plan. Add a cover cleaning and protectant application for $100 more. 

The minimum maintenance plan for any hot tub. Critical to prolonging the life of your hot tub. Receive a discounted price on quarterly restarts and an annual system flush when you schedule in advance. Quarterly care consists of 3 restarts (dump/scrub/fill/balance), and 1 system flush per year. Each service visit is scheduled in advance, but billed upon completion. The fee for each service visit is $155. Add a cover cleaning and protectant application for $100 more.

A technician uses multi-surface cleaner to freshen up your hot tub cover. A layer of protectant is then applied to keep sap and debris from accumulating. Recommended every spring and fall. 

We will make expedited house-calls for urgent flushing and cleaning needs, with service completed in 48 hours or less.
