We offer central Oregon’s only pay-per-visit premium hot tub service for vacation rentals. This is a service that is built around your guest calendar. Typically providing the spa service on the day of each guest checkout, ensuring the spa is always ready for the next guests. Book at least 24 in advance. Restarts and system flushes are an additional $110 and $210 respectively.

A quarterly necessity. The spa is emptied, scrubbed down, filled up, and the water is balanced. Receive this service and your first month of recurring maintenance for only $175 when you opt-into any of our recurring monthly service plans. Please note: This service does not remove calcium build up on the shell.

An annual necessity. This goes beyond simply cleaning the tub and replacing the water. A system flush strips the interior plumbing of any residual build-up from oils, cosmetics, detergents, debris, and other contaminants. Please note: the tub must be full of hot water upon arrival. Receive this service and your first month of recurring maintenance for only $275 when you opt-into any of our recurring monthly service plans. Please note: This service does not remove calcium build up on the shell.

The minimum maintenance plan for any hot tub. Critical to prolonging the life of your hot tub. Save $180/year with a discounted price on 3 quarterly restarts and 1 annual system flush, when you schedule in advance. Quarterly care consists of 3 restarts (dump/scrub/fill/balance), and 1 system flush per year. Each service visit is scheduled in advance, but billed upon completion. The fee for each service visit is $175. Receive an additional 10% when you pay annually ($630 total).

We will make expedited house-calls for urgent flushing and cleaning needs, with service completed in 48 hours or less. Covers get left open, floaters get removed, breakers get blown, people are messy eaters, celebrations occur, accidents happen, people get sick, your pet likes to swim, family or friends come to visit on short notice… whatever the emergency, whatever time of day, we can come and make your spa pristine again.
