Maintenance visits:
We offer recurring service at three frequencies: once per week, once every other week, or once every fourth week.
A report including the water chemistry levels and a photo is sent to the owner with each service visit.

Absolutely. Working with Better Spa Services you will never have to worry about liability, compliance or personal safety.
We service above ground chlorine, bromine and salt water spas and swim-spas.
In accordance with your selected service frequency (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) a technician will show up to perform a standard service visit. This includes: adjusting the water level, cleaning the filter as necessary, clearing the walls of any residue, clearing the tub of all debris, testing the water chemistry, treating and balancing the water using any necessary solutions, adjusting all control panel settings to optimal performance, filling a floating feeder to maintain the water in between service visits, performing visual diagnostics, documenting all services performed, locking up the spa (where applicable), and snow removal from your residence to your spa.
We do not offer pool cleaning or repair services at this time.
Individual services are payable by cash, Venmo, debit or credit card. Payment can be processed on site at the time of service or invoiced via a digital pay link. Recurring monthly maintenance services are invoiced via a quickbooks link sent to your email on file, you have the option to set up auto-pay at your discretion. PLEASE NOTE: All invoices are due upon receipt. After a 15 day grace period a $10 late fee will be added.
No. Isolated service visits are invoiced and due at the time of service. Recurring service visits are invoiced monthly, beginning with the first visit and do not exceed $2,000 in total annually. Verbal or written confirmation is sufficient to process recurring service fees in Oregon. Signing a contract is not necessary to begin service. Additionally, there is no commitment length required of you, and clients may revoke authorization for payment at any time. This may be achieved verbally in person, via voicemail message, via email.
Clients of individual services only need to ensure that the spa is accessible and provide us with an email to invoice in order to receive services. Clients of recurring services do not need to be home in order to receive their regularly scheduled services.
Payment for solo services can be paid to the technician on site with a credit or debit card, paid online via a link sent to your phone or email, or by cash. Payments for recurring monthly services are processed via GoDaddy Payments on a set date every month.
We offer multi-tub discounts: the greater the number of tubs, the greater the discount. Referrals also earn a discount for all parties involved. Businesses and/or individual parties may coordinate to receive the multi-tub discount. Additional discounts available when paying semi-annually or annually.
